Pulp offers a mobile messaging program that you agree to use under these terms. By participating, you consent to receive marketing messages from us at the number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to make a purchase.

You can opt out by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You may receive a confirmation message. Text HELP for support or email hello@pulpwellness.com.

The Program may send messages about Pulp products, launches, offers, and partner promotions. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be impacted by your wireless provider.

Age Restrictions

Prohibited Content

You agree not to send prohibited content such as fraud, threats, harassment, hate speech, malware, illegal promotions, or private health information.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between you and Pulp shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Wyoming, according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action suits are not permitted. Arbitration is the sole method of resolution.

Florida Law

Pulp complies with Florida’s Telemarketing and Do Not Call Acts. If you have a Florida address or area code and want to declare yourself a Florida resident, you must notify us in writing.

Miscellaneous

You agree that you have authority to enter into these terms. If any part is invalid, the rest remains enforceable. We may update these terms and notify you. Continued use means acceptance.

Additional Information

Pulp may update product details, prices, or cancel orders without notice. If a product is sold out, we may cancel your order and issue a refund.

Return Policy

Reselling

Wholesale reselling is only allowed on your own business website. Reselling on third-party platforms like Amazon or eBay is prohibited. Violations will result in a cease and desist and possible legal action.
